Hi Martin THANK YOU !!
Please don't believe me but i'm not able to install it,
with IMC exe it seems to work, but i can't find setup file
so i don't have a location to insert in global settings
so Rm could find and use it ..

It also ask me for a x64 or x86 platform ... mine's x32

I don't think you really install IMC, it is more unzipping the version you want to use (32 or 64 bit version). There are several zipfiles within mapcreator.zip, pick "IMC_0_7_4_0_Application_x64.zip" if you have a 64-bit windows.

I don't use the integration between RM and IMC but I suppose you should unzip and then point RM to "InsightMapCreator.exe" or similar.

Hi Avek,
Just unpack the zip file to a folder, then in Reefmaster you need to locate the InsightMapCreator.exe file - that's all. Make sure you point it to the appropriate version for your system - so the 32 bit (x86) one in your case.

I N C R E D I B L E
I exported my first project in SD card and i saw it in my HDS,
results are over the top i could imagine, really fantastic !!
i saw before varius Reefmaster maps, but only viewing my spots
i can finally understand RM 'firepower' ahahah :)

betwin presets i tried AT5 map with colour gradient shaded relief,
IMC put in my SD an AT5.xlm,a large.at5 files and ShadedRelief folder.
I started with just a little part of my Big map ..
As i read before, i think i'll to abandon Shadedrelief and raster ... :(
i think is not possible combine 15 little project using raster and shadedrelief,
i just had a taste of Paradise, now i'll have to come back to Earth
and work with multiple at5, vectors and no shaded ... damn :(

Thank you for everything, my work goes on !! (my english no ... :( )

I made 18 large.at5 files tha i see in my hds

there's a way to change background color ( no mapped areas ) ?
it is so close to islands colour

I'm also trying to create an user map, i think i've to define the same range
for all project to addinstead of adapt better range for each project, am i wrong ?

Can you suggest me a gps emulator (to save my legs an fuel ) ? :)

About user map: Just rightclick in each generated project map and choose "Add to map" -> All Components -> "New User Map..." (change the name if you want to.

After you have done this with each project (15?) you have one single large user map. Right click on/in that user map and choose "Write to file"

You can then create one single at5-file.

If you create atlas version 10 and only use "safe colours" you can try the map in an emulator (www.lowrance.com/en-US/Support/Product-Emulators/) I recommend GlobalMapĀ® 9200C Emulator due to the screen size. There are no (official) HDS-emulators. The emulators cannot do raster backgrounds.

User maps can be very large without issues.

Anoother way to combine all parts in one at5 file is to export each project to shapefiles and then in IMC manually load all these into one "IMC-project" and generate it in one go.

I use a combination of these actions. First combine very large lakes into one usermap. Then combine all lakes/"User maps" into one at5. Not exactly "all", but rather those in the same area.

Thank you Martin :)
i have 9200c but it doesn't work 'couse i'm using raster backgrounds and shadedrelief ... OK!! understood

About User map i wonder if i've to define the same range of depth
for all project before add to user map ...
My total map goes from 0 to 165 mt,
but for each project i choose his better range, from 25 to 45 for example, i'm i wrong ?
May be better use from 0 to 165 for each one project ?

From presets i choose AT5 map with colour gradient shaded relief,
user map wich kind of map generates ?

Hi Avek,
If you have multiple maps then the depth range is likely to be different for each one. This might be desirable, or it might not. If you want the same colours to refer to the same depths across all of your maps then you need to set the depth range for each project to the same values. Alternatively, you can set colours in your user map - to set colours for every iso-area of a certain depth, sort the iso-areas on depth, group select the iso-areas of each depth and set the colour - although that could take a while, so it depends how often you update your map.

It will not be automatically erased so use the same boundary in the neighbouring projects. I don't have to split my map anymore (win 64 and much mem) but when I did I got a very small (10-20 meters) gap between the parts if I used the same boundary.

Excuse me, Martin, when you says 'much mem' how much do you think will be necessary ? 8 gb ?

There a way to change background colour (no mapped area) before generating
AT5 gradient colour map with shaded relief ? default color is too close to islands colour ..
it's quite difficult discriminate.

8GB should be enough (I have 16 now though)

Not sure about background colour. I postprocess all my shapefiles to set all colours etc so I don't use stock features.
