Is there a way to generate medium and small at5 maps in Reefmaster so there is less detail shown when zoomed out? At the moment zooming out with just the large.at5 map has too much detail and you can't see anything.

Export maps as shape.
Use QGIS and change the U_LIMIT values (higher than 19 respectively 28)

E. g. i prefer 25 ... 30 in the Isobath-shape for better find the chart in the unit at home without GPS fix.

Thinkable is also a chart-waypoint with U_LIMIT = 34 near the object. Without icon symbol, You can also name Your lake.

I was hoping that Reefmaster could do it.

I did look at QGIS, but couldn't work out how to use it.

- start QGIS
- load the shape (Add vector Layer)
- open the attribute table (right click to the shape name, select)

Look here www.tacklefever.de/index.php?topic=4142.10
It's in german but You can see the steps for a single column in the pictures

- stop editing and save the result

Ok, I've had a few goes at trying to work this out but can't work it out.

Matt, now the Reefmaster 2.0 is out is there a way you could code in the ability to set the visibility values on layers?
