Hi,

Scenario:

1. Deactivated my license on main computer a couple of days ago. (to prepare for win10)
2. Changed my mind about win10, and did not go through with the installation.
3. Updated RM to the latest version as of today. 1.8.33
4. Was about to activate it again, and got this error when I pushed the activate button.

(the first row in swedish states = "It's not possible to find the file")

Then it all closes down after making some general error.

Any clues..?

Hi Ankfoot,
Apologies - there was a file missing from the deployment.
Please download the installer again and install over your current version.

Here is the direct download link.

Hi, no problems :)

I do get an error when trying to install this over my current installation.
It tells me "You already have another version installed, please use add/remove via control panel blablabla to remove the current version.."

I could do that.. but then I would like to be sure that I can backup all the files I have stored in the current installation.. :)

You won't have a problem if you uninstall/reinstall, as that is all the update does anyway, but we are going to release a v1.8.34 later on this evening to address the issue.
