There's no automatic way to do what you want, but you can achieve something close fairly easily.
The idea is to create a
vector map project, add all of your isobaths to a
user map and then edit them so that they are all the same colour. You can then also edit the
shoreline polygon to another colour, which will show through the holes that you have in your vector map (where data is missing).
Here's an example using one of the demo lakes - I pulled in the max interpolation to 50m so that there would be some holes.
1. Generate the project in vector mode. Make sure you have a shoreline as well (although this is not essential, as you could create a "custom polygon" background in the user map to provide the background colour, if required). Once the map is generated, right click in the contour view and choose
Add to map../All components/New User Map// and provide a name for your new map (I chose "MappedAreas"):
2. In the user map, set the colour for all isobaths to your chosen shade of green:
3. Remove the major/minor contours if you want - select all (CTRL+A) in the list and then right-click,
Delete:
4. Set the colour of the shoreline polygon. This will then show
behind your isobaths, filling in any holes in the map. If you don't have a shoreline, you could just create a custom polygon and adjust the
Level so that it is behind your isobaths:
5. Export the map in AT5 format (via right-click menu). This is what it looks like on an HDS3:
