I have downloaded mapcreator.zip. How do I install and make available in Reefmaster?

I think this is documented, but at the moment I can't find any instructions.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Just unzip it (right click in a file explorer window and the option Extract To should available. When you've extracted everything, there might be more zip files inside with x86 and x64 versions, so extract the one appropriate to your OS (x86 for 32 bit Windows and x64 for 64 bit).
Once you've done that you'll have a folder with the InsightMapCreator.exe file inside - this is the file that RM needs to know the location of.

Great, thanks for the clarification. The zips inside the zip had me wondering.
