What could be the problem?

Looks like a very low resolution log, combined with lots of range ranges and a high zoom.

I took a look at your file and the ping rate is very low: you have a ping rate of one per second, which is giving very low resolution horizontally.
Does the Helix have a ping rate setting for recordings like the older Humminbirds? It's worth checking this, and setting it to as high as possible. You are not going to get great results if you are recording with such a low ping rate.

Here is a segment of your recording shown without any image interpolation (i.e. each individual return is shown). You can see that the width of each ping is very large:

Ps: However HumViver scan showed, so I think that the problem is ReefMaster

It's an interesting sidescan image for a vessel doing a speed of 0m/s. How are you achieving this ?
