My Pro version of ReefMaster on my laptop decided that it was a free trial version with no time left. I tried reactivation with my key code but received the message that it was already in use. I have the program installed on my desktop and this laptop. Reinstallation did not help. Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Matt.
Sorry to say that the same problem has cropped up. I'm guessing that something with auto Window 8.1 updates may have messed things up. Just switched to Windows 10, so am hoping that the problem will go away. I would appreciate you fixing the problem again. My Win 7 desktop has no problems. Just the Surface Pro 3.

Yes, I am afraid that the Windows 10 update has screwed things for a few users - better to deactivate RM before the update and activate again afterwards.
Could you please send your key details through again to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , or just send a mail from the same email address that you used when purchasing. We need this to retrieve your key details.
