Makafish Offline	Hello, when i use the file exported from an user map i have a color bug, which i don't have when i Export à project. The elite chirp is not compatible with vector map ? What is the solution ? Thank you

Matt Offline	What is your exact unit model, and are the colours the same in both map and project? Have you tried a vector export from the project - are the results different? Vector is compatible with all units, but not all colours are compatible with all units - but I think they should be with yours. A screen shot showing the problem would be useful as well.

Makafish Offline	Hello, the model is one Elite Chirp 5. The color is an AT5 palette and are the same in user maps than in project. I didn't try to make a vector from a project. My first map was a shaded relief and it was okay, but longer time in IMC because it's became à raster. The problem is color are not the same and there is almost only some Pink.

Team Colibri Offline	Makafish: I belive you will find your answer here: reefmaster.com.au/index.php/forum/reefma...imitstart=0&start=12 The Elite-series of HDI and CHIRP are not compatible with the full range of at5-colours. The CHIRP version will most likely get a softwareupdate later in 2015 that brings it on par with HDS Gen 2, but I do not know the details.

Hi Makafish,
Be aware that changing the colour compatibility in global settings will not affect existing maps, or how they are exported. All it does is limit the range of colours that are available in the colour selector. Once you have changed to INDIGO, then choose new colours for your depth areas in the user map. The quickest way to do this is to order your isobaths by depth (click the column header), then multi-select each depth range and choose a colour via the right-click menu.

Makafish Offline	Some default at5 palette is not ok with hdi and chirp ? Why not add some specific palette for these unit ?

Please post a screenshot. I'm interested for a possible difference between Elite, Elite HDI and Elite CHiRP.

Makafish Offline	Thanks to DannyGeysen for having tested my file. and it appears than everything is ok on his unit.... i have the latest firmware and i have also tried to reinstal it, my only hope it to reset to default parameter...
