That is not the correct file.

I just downloaded the update found here:
lowrance.com/en-US/Software-Updates/Elite-40/
You want the Mark 4 update, the one on top of the lists of updates in my link.
When unzipped, the file is named:
Elite5-4.0-5.1.9-30619-r1-Standard-1.upd
Wich is correct. :)
