do you have a guide for mapping a big lake, i have tryed to make some maps for my lake but the db i getting big and the RM crushes all the time...The lke is over 80km long and i have logfiles that could be 60-70 km long
I´ve made a shorline for the hole lake now but now i´m stucked....How do i make this so it works

Try to do by part of the lake less surface,You need to ge tenougth trck points per area! You will need a computer with great memory!
I think you have been long on the lake to get enougth log!

That's a very big lake. As a rough rule, RM maxes out at about 20km across per map, or smaller depending on your PC configuration.
The easiest way to split it is to just create a separate project for each 15-20km sub-region. Do you have data for the full lake?
