There is no way to export a 3D model direct to Google Earth from ReefMaster.
You can export an ESRI grid of a map project from the contour view, which can be used to generate a 3D model in another application.
I have only limited knowledge of 3D models in Google Earth, but my understanding (which might be out of date) is that there are size restrictions that would limit their usefulness for ReefMaster maps, and also issues with the 3d model being "underneath" the rendered surface of the Earth.
