When i try to import a CSV file, even one exported by RMWM it won't import back in failing with the error "No data can be imported from the first 50 rows of this file using the current settings"

Also, importing either KMZ or KML file does not bring the description over with it it. ie it is visible in the KML but is not there when it's imported.

Please help to fix this.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
