Matt,

I feel that it is a bit unfair that I only write a post when there is a problem or request. It feels almost like I am complaining, but I am not. The truth is that I am truly impressed with the many improvements and good things and fantastic work and dedication from your side. It is so easy to just take this unparalleled support for granted. We are really beeing spoiled, and I am thankful for it.

Now, regardless of how good the RM is, we always want a little bit more out of it :-)
So, I have yet one more issue:
It seems I cannot "save" my workspace layout. RM does not remember how my workspace (windows) was arranged when I am opening it up again. I beleive you mentioned something in the past about this, but I cannot find it. Is there a setting for this that I have forgotten?
I span the RM window over three monitors (1600x1200) as seen in the screenshot below:

Hi Mats,
No worries - that is the nature of the support forum I guess :)

We did plan it, and we implemented it in the beta but the feedback we got - especially for projects - was that it is not always desirable to immediately open (and, in the case of projects, start generating) all windows that were open before. We also had some technical issues with the window manager that we use, and in the end it was simpler not to include it in this release. I dare say we will revisit this in the future, once we also implement a way to stop projects auto-generating when they are opened.
Where we are now is that RM remembers a bit more about the state of any edit window when it was last open - e.g. sonar open/closed, which channels visible, which project view etc. Also application window size and position are restored.

Ok, then I understand.
I though the behavior felt differnt and improved but I couldn't say how exactly :-)

Thanks

When i read the first Post,
it looks like i could write the same :-)

I asked Matt a few Weeks ago almost the same things like you do.
I also gonna work with (only) two Monitors (23" 1920x1080)
but thought to use a third one. :-)
It is much impressive to see the Side Channels on one Monitor,
the Downchannel on the middle,
and on the left the rest/map and so on.

But every time i open a new track i have to arrange all Positions new.
