I know that it is not possible to display RM generated maps on a Raymarine unit. However, I am wondering if is is possible to use a Raymarine to record data in say GPX format for import to RM. Any help of this question would be appreciated.

Hello Huddo,
Following the recent crash of my HB 998c, I am trying to retrieve datas from my RM e120. I think that it might be possible to collect NMEA datas and send them to a computer that runs RM in livedata. Is your RM system networked or standalone ?

Hi Gaston

Thanks for your reply. We are using Reefmaster offline so live data logging is not an option. Currently investigating connecting a Simrad chart plotter to the Raymarine NMEA2000 network then use it to record RM position and depth data instead.
