TOPIC: Application Error message

I'm running the trial version of the sonar viewer. I have Humminbird units. I have successfully uploaded and viewed 9 sonar logs, but I received the following message when attempting to load several other logs:
The file could not be loaded.
Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array

Thoughts?

Could you please share one of these logs to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ? To share the log, zip the .DAT file and the sub-folder containing .SON files and use a filesharing service such as WeTransfer if the file is large.
