Thanks for the files. We've looked into it and the tracks that you recorded do not start at zero time, for whatever reason. The confuses the sonar viewer, which does show the sonar that is present in the tracks, but you first need to scroll through an area of "empty space" to reach the sonar (e.g. in one of your tracks, the sonar starts at 11 minutes). This is because the sonar viewer assumes tracks start at a zero time offset.
We do have a fix for this already, and will include it in a maintenance release that we are planning to make in the next few days.
For now, you need to make sure you scroll to the right to view the data. It is all present, and there are no other functional issues with the track data.
