I am on a flowage and the logs I made last year were 1.5' lower than the lake level this year. Am I able to adjust the levels of individual sonar logs in RM?

Yes, you can adjust individual track water levels by using the water level field in the track edit panel. See the section Tide and Water Level Offsets on this manual page: reefmaster.com.au/reference2/index.htm?context=140
