Hi
ReefMaster can't use the viritual comport. I've switched to different port numbers, but it doesn't help. Permission is denied.
I have updated windows 10, switched to older drivers for ReefMaster.
Can I use Ubuntu Live to see if Windows is causing the problems on the same computer? I don't want to use another lisence key!

Sorry for late reply on this one.
We have had some issues with virtual com ports and RM, and I am not yet entirely sure exactly why.
If your key activation gets "lost" on a VM, just drop an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we can reset it.
