I changed this option, but it still didn't work.

Sorry for the late reply on this one. Maybe worth a read through of the IMC documentation to get an overview of the raste export process.
You might also want to try ensuring the raster is created with "Project Based Naming", and that the project name matches the vector map that you have exported. Also perhaps try a higher min resolution, just while you are testing different configurations, as it will result in a far faster map generation time. Once you have the other settings dialled in, you can switch it back to whatever you want.

The important settings are:

Advanced Options -> Raster Options -> Switch from "Satelite Imagery" to "Shaded Relief Imagery"
Advanced Options -> Atlas Options -> Click on "Atlas Description" -> Enter " M=*Your-RM-Map-Project-Name* " in the window and close it

You're done!
