Please see attached image. If I were to add volume 10 ft of volume using the water level offset function in the add-on would the 1's become 11's and the 5 become 15's and so forth while keeping the same contour shape?

I can't see the image but yes, the water level offset simply adds the provided value to the existing depths. The shapes of the contours will not change.
