New to reefmaster, when loading files it keeps crashing and I can only close it with task manager.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Is this ReefMaster or the separate Sonar Viewer application?
If the latter, then this could be a hardware graphics issue. Could you please run the Windows utility "dxdiag" (Windows/Run/dxdiag) and choose the "save output to file" option, and send the resulting file to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
