Hi all,
I've using ReefMaster from couple of years. Now I try to analyze data from the WPT depth.
I made a very small part of river bathymetry. It was only 10x7 meters rectangle.
I noticed that depths from ReefMaster file are different than depths from WPT points, and even from cursos depths.
When I export points from sl2 file and put it to QGIS program, they don't have good precision.
When I try to put WPT points with depth information, the WPT depth is different then cursor information?
Which depth is PROPER??
Second strange thing is that the ship track have different path then the ReefMaster depth points. Why ReefMaster depth points aren't on shiptrack?

I'm little bit confiused.

Have you applied any sort of depth correction (tides, transducer offset) to this track?
Where is the cursor in the image above? Somewhere in the sonar viewer, or over the track point in the map view?
It might be easier to send us the workspace and original sonar log file (zip up, share using a file-sharing service and send link to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) so that I can take a look in more detail.
