I've just recorded several tracks using a Lowrance HDS9 with a Total Scan All in One transducer and the tracks and map are appearing the wrong way around. The data looks good but it's appearing light a mirror image - I on holiday in Italy trying to map a lake for the owner and only have a few days left.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Take a look at the "Swap Latitude and Longitude" option in the GPS import settings. Change the setting and reimport (i.e. if the setting was checked, un-check it and vice versa):
The administrator has disabled public write access.
