I am having trouble getting ReefMaster to allow me to use all the functions associated with Side-Scan Mosaics. It will not allow me to use noise reduction, blending features, or sharpening. It also will not allow me to use water column offset, min curve, and max speed. When I try to import side-scan images into ESRI ArcMap it keeps throwing errors. It will only allow me to import tracks and depth/contour maps into ArcMap. I can get side-scan images into Google Earth Pro and do very basic things but would like to be able to get them into ArcMap to have more functionality.

The functions you describe are disabled when hardware graphics acceleration is not available, and sidescan rendering has fallen back to software-only. There should have been a warning message to this effect when ReefMaster was started for the first time on this computer. Unfortunately the only way that these functions can be used is by running on a PC with hardware graphics support for Microsoft DirectX 10.1 or later.
There shouldn't be any issues with export when using software rendering. Can you provide more details on this please?

Sorry for the late response, I was in the field the past couple days. I checked my computer and it has DirectX 12 and I am still unable to perform these functions.

I changed the graphics accelerator in the computer and all the functions work properly now.
