Does reefmaster have a way to calibrate the Transducer?
The speed of sound varies with the temperature/salinity and many other factors

No.
And in all honesty having such an option is not a big deal either. You can easily calculate the difference, if you have the tools to measure salinity and temperature accuratly enough for it to be worthwhile. Then use your calculation to edit each sonarlog.
