Does reefmaster have a way to calibrate the Transducer?
The speed of sound varies with the temperature/salinity and many other factors

No.

There is a reason most modern sonars for recreational use does not have such capabilities either. (Although som older models used to.) The difference in depth based on parameters like temperature and salinity are minimal.

You could offcourse add such an offset yourself using the tools otherwize used for compensation of tide/ waterlevel.

No. For Lowrance/Simrad files sonar range is derived using provided range and depth values, so any transducer calibration due to water type (e.g. salt/fresh, temperature) needs to be done on the unit itself. For Humminbird units we do need to know the speed of sound in water, which is affected by salinity and temperature. Water temperature and salt/fresh fields are available during the import of HB files.
