Hi, I am using a Humminbird Solix 12. I can load most of the files into the viewer and view the data, but some files error: something like "can not load file, non negative number - count" this is for the SON file(s) any one know how / if I can fix this?

If you can zip up an example of a "bad" log (.DAT file + associated folder & contents) and send/share to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. then we can take a look.

Yes, files received - thanks.
There is an issue here with the file, which fails to load due to some bad pings at the end. We are going to issue an update so that this situation is handled better, as most of the data within your file is intact. In the mean time I can send you a converted IDX file that ReefMaster can use to display the file - let me know if you would like this.

Hi Matt, sure that would be great. Any idea when that update will go out, I do have another file (larger) with the same error.

Hi, I am having the same issue with a file recorded on a Humminbird 698ciHD, how can I fix this, I have a few files that are having this issue, while others from the same sonar have worked fine.
