Is this something that I need to add manually through the site or is this done automatically when I open RM on the PC?

If there is an update to RM you will be notified of this when you start it and given the option to upgrade. There hasn't been any major official update for a while but I think it will be released pretty soon.

Hi Tom,
Martin is right in that all updates so far have been automatic, but for the next release this will change as we are moving to a different installation system and we cannot completely automate the process. We will post instructions on how to make that update once the release is ready,
