I have some tracks with wrong point depth. (the zero depth i ignore when i was import the track).
Is there any option to select all of the, and delete them ?
I meen if i know the the depth in this place is between 20-40 meter, so all other depth are wrong.

Yes, this is easy to do. Open up the track, open the Edit panel and adjust the min/max depth filters using the sliders. All track-points outside of your specified range will be displayed in grey in the map view. When you are happy with your filter settings, click the Filter button to the right of the sliders and all grey track-points will be deleted:
