The newer HB Solix series' included Autochart Live Program saves files in a new format (not .son). Have you been made aware of this and will RM work with the new file format?

you can do autochart live but you cannot use this files, you need to record all canals of sounder and use it (you can do both at the same time as screnshot too!)
