Problem importing waypoints

I think I'm doing something wrong. When I'm trying to import my waypoints (saved on memory card as usr v2 or I hav also tried usr v3. I get the following error report:
Unhandled Exception
Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.
Any suggestions of what might be wrong?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I use HDS gen 3. I saw in another thread that you are working on a solution.
