The easiest way to do this is to open up the
Tracks and Boundaries view of the map project and move the map to the location of interest. Put the mouse in "Region Select" mode and draw a rectangle around the suspect area, then open up the edit panel/Tracks section and adjust the depth range of the track display. This will change the upper/lower values used when calculating depth colours, and help make differences in depth much more obvious. If you know your real depth range, you can adjust the ranges to cover it and then click the filter button - this will delete all track points outside the range (be careful - this can be a very destructive function as it will delete track points from the member tracks). Alternatively, just right-click on one of the bad track-points and choose the "Edit track" option, which will open the track for editing. You can then fix the problem here.
