Hello,

after upgrading to the latest update of a licensed v1 an activation error occurs with the following message:
Thera are no network adapters on the system that are disabled and TurboActivate couldn't read their hardware properties....

Is Windows XP SP3 supported by the latest update? I have one license on the XP desktop where the error occurs, a second license on a W10 laptop updated to the latest update and upgraded to v2 without any problems.

Regards
Martin

v1 still supports XP but v2 does not.
This error is likely due to an update of the licensing solution that we use. If possible, please check your network adapters under Windows devices and ensure that all are enabled, at least whilst you activate RM (they can be disabled again afterwards). You can also try running RM as administrator (right click, run as administrator). If this doesn't solve the issue, please send a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. Thanks for the immediate response (happy easter btw!),
I've checked all adapters, reset ip and winsock with netsh, I have access to all network shares and the internet. But, I had problems installing a hp printer recently, also indicating that something is going wrong somewhere in my network. I think about upgrading another laptop with v2, but before that I have to deactivate the xp license, but that won't work because of the activation error after the update.

Just let me know and I can remove the XP activation for you if required.
