I downloaded the trial of 2.0 Today to see how I liked it before I purchased it. After learning the interface, I was able to pull in my saved GPS track from my Hummingbird SI, and everything seems to be good, with the exception of getting the side scan image to overlay on the track. After spending 3 hours trying various things and flipping through the manual, I decided to tap out and seek help!

The sidescan image shows up fine in the Sonar View, but thats where it ends. (See Screen Shot)

Looks like you are running without hardware graphics acceleration, in which case the older rendering mode is used for sidescan (from RM1). You need to zoom in further before the sidescan imagery is shown - this is because the performance/memory overhead of showing a large area at once is too much.

Matt... you sir are correct... It's all ways that one last setting (or zoom in click) that does it!

I am really loving how simple RM2 is compared to RM1. Now I just have to figure out how to do the sidescan overlay onto 3-D
