Some users are reporting seeing this message as a watermark on background map images (Open Cycle source).
If you are seeing this message, this means that you are running an older version of ReefMaster (or the Sonar Viewer) and you need to update to the latest version (1.8.41 for ReefMaster, 1.0.34 for the Sonar Viewer). The required API key has been included in ReefMaster releases since last August.
To update ReefMaster, use the Check for Updates button on the startup window.
To update the Sonar Viewer, just restart the application and you should be notified if an update is available - in which case, just click Update and follow the prompts.
Note: Once you have updated ReefMaster, you may continue to see these watermark warnings. This is because map tiles are cached locally (to improve performance) and old tiles are still being used. You can either wait until the cache expires (this could take several weeks), or you can delete the tile cache DB. To do this, find the file called TileCache.fdb and delete it (close ReefMaster first). This file can be found in the following directory: C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\ReefMasterMapCache. Note that some of those directories may be hidden by default - you will need to enable visibility of hidden system folders in Windows explorer before you can see them.
