I get no issues replaying that file over NMEA and listening in RM.
What is your configuration? One port or two? Which messages are you listening to? It might be worth checking your .NET installation - install or repair .NET 4.6 & reboot as this has caused some issues in the past.

Thanks - that's interesting. It seems to work very briefly, then stop. Does the same thing happen if you are just connected to data, but not actually logging to a track or creating a project?
I have tested this morning under a VM with Russian locale, and I still don't see the issue.
What are your PC specs? Which Windows version, and 32 or 64 bit?
