If I press menu "Edit" during generate contours phase, Rm freezes. Seems you need to disable menu items during contours generation.

I have the same issue here.

You mean the EDIT menu bar at the top of the window? I can't reproduce this - does the freeze remain (i.e. does RM crash), or resolve itself? Is there any particular time during the contour generation that it happens?

The freeze doesn't remain. RM doesn't crash. After some time RM continue working.

Yes, top menu bar. It causes standard windows dialog with selection terminate app or wait. If wait selected, Rm continue work without crash after a time.
