Is there a list of the differences between Reefmaster Pro and Reefmaster Lite? I see on the buy page that there are 4 features in Pro not in Lite. 3D Bath, Sidescan Mosaic, Bottom comp, and volume. I am really not interested in these features, but I see in the forum that Creation of a project is also not available in Lite. I haven't yet found any info on Projects, is there a document that describes the features of Reefmaster? Or all the differences in Pro and Lite?

3D bathymetry is Projects. Projects are not available in RM LITE, which is in fact pretty much the only difference. The "reason" for the LITE version is that it allows use of the sonar viewer and sidescan mosaic modules, but not depth maps (projects).

So, there's no bathymetric mapping with Lite?

No. That is the only difference between LITE & PRO.

I own the elite 7ti.
When exporting the map to the echo sounder, the REEFMASTER EVALUATION is displayed on the top of the screen.
When creating a map on the computer monitor there is no inscription.
How can this be avoided?

What kind of map are you exporting? The LITE edition cannot create and export map projects, only user maps and sidescan mosaic (if the module is also present). Perhaps you are still in the trial period, which means that you would still have map project functionality but be limited to the trial export, which includes the watermark.
