Is it possible to change the position of waypoint titles?

I have a set of waypoint point titles that are place names of area of the lake shore but some waypoint titles on my maps are to the right of waypoint symbol, others to the left. This sometimes obscures the lake contours

I would like to be able to change the placement of the titles, say to the left or right of the waypoint symbol, so I can maximise the the visibility of the contours of the lake.

Does anyone know how I can do this please,
