Hi I installed ReefMaster Viewer trial today.
when trying to import lowrance sl2 files it goes through the first part of the import and almost finishes then windows comes up with an error saying the program has to close. I'm using windows 10
I intend to buy a Licience if it works.

If this is the Sonar Viewer, then the cause is likely that your computer does not have hardware support for DirectX 10.1. If you want to run the program dxdiag and send the output to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. I can take a look and confirm that for you.

Yes It is sonar viewer.
It crashes when loading side scan data.

Sorry - I have just checked and the reply I made to your email last week had bounced back without me noticing.
Unfortunately your graphics card only supports DirectX feature level 10_0, whereas the Sonar Viewer requires feature level 10_1 or greater so I am afraid you will not be able to run the Sonar Viewer on this computer.
