Yes - this is possible. You need to make sure that waypoints are unlocked on the current screen, by clicking the "lock" button under the waypoints sub-menu:



When waypoints are unlocked, you can move them by clicking and dragging the mouse when the mouse is in "select" mode (the pointer).
