hello guys

i spent two days trying figure out my problem with CSV files.
I am importing SL2 files into workspace. Fixing tracks and adjusting water level as needed. Calculating map-no problems, everything looks beautiful (attachment 1)
Fixed and adjusted for water level tracks exporting to CSV and then importing to new workspace dedicated for CVS files. Calculating map and that is where i start seeing problems (attachment 2). Maps calculated the same way and with the same settings.
Some how exported CSV files looks not adjusted for water level?
My question is:
Is it tracks going to stay FIXED (soundings) and ADJUSTED for water level after exporting them from workspace to CVS files?
If yes, what causing the problem in my map?
If no, should i adjust for water level each imported CSV file separately and then i can combine them to one track? But how to fix soundings when?

When water level is higher, i am using negative value and vice versa. 1 ft resolution. Problem much less viable with 1 m. resolution.

Please help!

Thanks!

Make sure you check the option "Tide adjust Track Point Depths" when exporting (see image below). This applies any water level offsets that you have made via tide, water level or keel-offset to the exported points:
