I'm using the trial version currently to decide whether to buy RM or not. There are a few quirks that I've noticed. And one of the worst is that I can't import files fully, which have a paused recording. It only displays until the standby / stop sonar phase (Lowrance Hook 4). The data must be there, however. I can see it in Navionics for example. I've also read that this is a recent problem and that in the past RM would import correctly. What can I do?

Since there was no reply here, I'll briefly summarize the kind answer I got directly:
Currently the paused tracks can't be read after the first pause due to the time gap between the log points. They are tentatively working on a solution but have nothing concrete yet. The advice was to simply stop and start again instead of pause.
