Hi Meggs - i have too chase the rectangle around and cant even get the map zoomed in right. Everything is up to date.

Best of luck with support. I detected a limitation (IP is only able to export 1000 waypoints in usr version 3) and reported it in early May. I wanted to use usr3 as RM will not accept usr4. Needless to say I'm still waiting...

I was very pleased to receive a prompt answer from Navico Support:

"Hi Mats,

There is a new software update for Insight planner addressing these issues coming in a couple of weeks.

Best regards,

Navico Technical Support - EMEA"

Let us hope for the best! When IP works as it should, it is a nice plotter emulator.

Great news Mats. :)

I have the same issues as you guys, but it resolves itself as I zoom in. At 200 meters (+/-) everything works, at 1 km (+/-) it does not.

And what about Exception Faults in the Planner ?

I know a lot of People getting Exception Errors while zooming.
The FugAt5.exe file crashes ...
Did this happen at your Installations too ?


Another Question:
Did you see two Windows after starting the Program ?
One with the normal GUI and another one where the Chart was displayed...
This Window is called "AT5 Debug Map Viewer"
