Problem with raster on HDS gen 2 after updating 11 years 1 month ago #5082

Hi,
I discovered an issue with my maps after updating an HDS 7 Gen2 to software 4.0, and I'm curious if anyone here has the same problem. (I also posted this on the tacklefever board).
I have updated two different HDS 7 Gen 2 units to 4.0 and none of them will display raster backgrounds (on maps from reefmaster) properly. The raster is not visible at all, only labels and depth curves. The background is yellow.
After some experimenting I found a workaround to the problem, if I set "photo overlay" to full and "photo overlay transparency" to 0, the raster background is visible again.
Thoughts anyone? Is this a bug in 4.0 or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Markus

This had to do with settings in IMC. I run my files manually through IMC, and on the raster option menu "satellite imagery" is default (and I hadn't changed it), which was the reason for my problems. It should be set to "shaded relief imagery" to display properly on HDS gen 2 ver 4.0. (Perhaps shaded relief is already the default setting if IMC is launched from Reefmaster?)

What You see is not from RM. It's a geotiff from a GIS application and than run manually through the IMC. I've not changed any raster Option, only set the resolution.

Vector shape as overlay (the lake, full opacity).
