We face a problem with the IMC downloading.You should sign up in Navico page to be allowed to download anything, but we simply can't.A message appears informing us that they know about the problem and they will look at it shortly.Has anyone else encountered such a problem with their page?

Hi!
I am in Navico page for buying IMC.I click on "Buy" and automatically sends me to the signing up page.I complete the form correctly and the following message appears: We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

After that, there's nothing I can do than waiting...
My next step, in case that nobody will fix the error is to call the local representative of Lowrance in Greece to ask help.

In reefmaster program,
When i am going to generate an AT5 file..this error appears. (at backround it uses the IMC program.)
Only for AT5 formats. All the others (like CSV or GoogleEarth) are created without problem.

Any thoughts??

Can you confirm that you are able to run the IMC outside of ReefMaster? Locate the IMC application on disk and run it directly. Also check that you are using the correct version for your operating system (32/64 bit) and that you extracted the IMC from the zip-file it was downloaded in.

What Windows version are you using?

Hello Matt.
I am using windows 7(x32). In the downloading site for IMC..there are downloads for x64 and for x86
So, i installed the IMC_Application_x86 (i extracted it first) , and it runs just fine.

From ReefMaster now, when i'm trying to "export map to file" there is the problem.
All the formats i tried to create ( CSV, GPX, LCM, GoogleEarth), all of them create the file.
Except when choose to export map as an AT5 file.
I set the "locate IMC" just fine, and then this problem appears :

Unhandled Exception
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Christodor\AppData\Local\Temp\da7b54ed-5da8-4554-8b92-9fcaf25560ec\BoundAT5s\at5.xml'.

Sounds like it is not generating any output - could be for a number of reasons.
Could you please share your RM workspace file (.rmdb) via a service such as Google Drive, and send the link through to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ? Also specify which project you are trying to export. I will look into it.
