I have used SASPLANET + IMC for my Elite HDI 5 with no issue.

But now I'm helping a friend on his Mark-4 chirp and it's showing up as pixelated.

I'm using zoom 7 as a test and followed the suggested resolution here www.tacklefever.de/index.php?topic=5793.0 which is
z7 - 2048 to 2048

I have updated the Mark-4 to the latest firmware, tried ATLAS 10 and 7 but still comes up pixelated on the Mark-4 but works on the HDI 5.

Any ideas on why is this happening? Not much happening on tacklefever figured the translation might be not clear on the German side.
