Import data from Seaplot Pro

I have access to some old data files which were recorded using a program called Seaplot Pro.
The data appears to be recorded as .SPP files?
Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to convert this data into RM?
I would like to export to .GPX or something similar that RM will read?
