Just to be clear on the Dragonfly - our test version of ReefMaster can import the files in the same format as they are recorded on the unit, but the current release version can not (yet). We need to make a minor release to add support for Raymarine GPX extensions, which we should get out within a few weeks..

Realy depth data?

But if Yes, the user only can use lines and points as auxiliary depth chart in the Dragonfly unit - or not?

I'm in contact with Raymarine here in Norway regarding what map-formats that can be used. According to the manual for Dragonfly, it can take raster and Navionics, I just want to know what fileformats.

I only mean own charts from the collected datas. That the Raymarine Dragonfly can use Navionics charts etc. is known.

US maps for Raymarine can be downloaded for free here:

I just downloaded both vector and raster (it took a while the files are big). I don`t recongize any of the formats, but perhaps you guys do?

Martin,

Have you tried opening it in OpenCPN ? It'll handle S57. These look like s57 structure, but the extensions arent what I'd expect. NOAA makes S57 and BSB data available for nix, as the US have the very sensible opinion that the taxpayer has already paid for it, and shouldnt pay again.
If that doesn't do it, its probably Raymarines own spin on it.

And raster:

Seems to me these files are again compressed files of some sort?

Looks like a set of rar archive files, but without the .rar file. If not, then something similar - I guess a bunch of compressed volumes, it won't be easy to see whats there until they are uncompressed.
