I don't know of any other way of doing it. Just curious as to why you need to do it?

I am wondering, it seems that sl2cut is 16Bit so it wont work under 64Bit Windows.
Also tested within Dosbox, but it wont work, right?
Did someone know a other EMU to run it under 64Bit Windows?

Binary for Windows compiled as Win32 console using Windows XP platform, and tested under Win XP 32-bit, Win 7 64-bit and Win10 64-bit. It created in Visual Studio 2015, maybe you need to download and install latest VS Runtime:

Good idea to look at the sl2cut.exe download,
12 hours before it has a size about 30kb instead of actual 13kb.
Curious...looked into the exe file and found the sl2cut github html site within the sl2cut.exe file?????
Actual Download works with the 32bit VS 2015 RT. :-)
